Getting Here…


From Johannesburg:

Take the N2 to Ermelo, Piet Retief and Pongola, then take the Hluhluwe turn-off and turn left.

From Durban:

Take the N2 up to the coast approximately 300 km, then take the Hluhluwe turn-off and turn right over the N2.

Then travel through Hluhluwe village, through the turning circles until you reach a stop street, here you will turn left. Approximately 2km further on, turn right over the railway line onto False Bay Road.

Travel 3.3kms, cross over a river, travel further 3.8kms and then turn right at the Falaza Game Park/ False Bay sign. Travel for 4km and at the T-junction turn right onto the D540 dirt road for 1.7 km. Falaza Game Park entrance gate is on the right.


Daily scheduled flights from Johannesburg International Airport to Richards Bay Airport with SA Express Airlines. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged with the Lodge.

Private and chartered aircraft can land at the grass strip at Hluhluwe village.
